Cylinder part: adopts the new structure of two cylinders at both ends of the central single cylinder, the cooling unit adopts spray rapid cooling method in the cylinder space to realize the rapid, efficient and controllable scientific cooling;

Cooling system: including cooling cover, nozzle, pipe, exhaust chimney, cooling tower, water supply pump, suction pump, working platform etc.;

★ Designs different cooling atomization nozzle, and material gradient cooling in the cylinder to improve heat transfer efficiency:

Cylinder cooler cooling adopts the forced convection cooling of spray vaporization, and adjust the average diameter of Soda and droplet speed of atomization droplet according to the temperature gradient to improve the heat transfer efficiency;
